Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Владение полным жизненным циклом продукта от исследования до поставки и итераций.
• Определение стратегии продукта и дорожных карт в согласовании с целями бизнеса и данными.
• Сотрудничество с инжинирингом, дизайном и бизнес-единицами для создания масштабируемых функций.
• Приоритизация инициатив, объяснение trade-offs и фокус на высокоэффективных возможностях.

Own the full product lifecycle for a key platform area, from discovery and definition through delivery and continuous improvement Define and evolve product strategy and roadmaps in alignment with business goals, customers, data, and internal stakeholders Partner with engineering, design, and business teams to build and ship high-impact, scalable, user-centered features Prioritize initiatives, make trade-offs, explain prioritization decisions, and focus on high-leverage opportunities Use qualitative and quantitative insights to inform product decisions, design and interpret experiments, conduct user research, and analyze data to validate hypotheses and identify improvements Define, track, and communicate product success metrics to guide learning and iteration Champion the product area internally by developing subject matter expertise and building visibility and understanding of its impact Own growth challenges that make a difference for learners, tutors, and the business, including LTV Expansion and Tutor Content
