Preply ищет опытного backend‑инженера для построения и масштабирования CI/CD систем и внутренней дев-платформы. Вы будете работать над пайплайнами, инструментами и инфраструктурой, чтобы инженеры могли быстро и безопасно выпускать код.

Кандидат приветствует опыт работы с Agentic AI, распределёнными системами и облачными средами, а также хорошие коммуникации на уровне C1 английского. Рассматривается проживание в Испании с релокацией в Барселону.

Formación

• Примерно 8 лет опыта проектирования и внедрения сложных backend-систем.

Responsabilidades

• Разрабатывать и улучшать CI/CD системы и пайплайны для инженеров.
• Владеть путём разработчика: от написания кода до тестирования и деплоя.
• Строить внутренние платформы и инструменты, сокращающие трение в разработке.
• Обеспечивать инфраструктуру и готовые пути, позволяющие инженерам работать автономно.
• Использовать AI и агентные рабочие процессы для ускорения жизненного цикла ПО.
• Эксплуатация и поддержка построенных сервисов, участие в инцидент-rotation.
• Сотрудничать с командами разработки, внедрять инструменты и выравнивать ожидания стейкхолдеров.

Задачи

• Build and improve CI/CD systems, testing capabilities, and paved paths so engineers can ship quickly and safely
• Own and evolve the developer journey from writing code through testing and deployment
• Build internal platforms, services, and developer tooling that turn developer experience friction into scalable engineering solutions
• Provide infrastructure and paved paths that let engineers and coding agents build, test, and ship autonomously
• Use AI and agentic workflows to improve the software development lifecycle, and set up quality gates and safety nets
• Operate the systems and tools you build, take part in the team’s support and incident rotation, and use data and developer feedback to measure and improve the platform
• Partner with engineering teams, drive adoption of tooling, and align stakeholders across squads to ensure changes land smoothly

Требования

• Strong hands-on experience building and operating CI/CD systems and pipelines at scale, including reliability, performance, and cost trade-offs
• Approximately 8 years of experience designing and building complex backend software systems
• Software engineering skills, including Python; able to work productively with it
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI and using it beyond code generation, including for architecture, business logic, security, and improving engineering workflows
• Experience building developer platforms, internal developer tooling, developer productivity, or developer experience solutions
• Experience designing platforms and tooling for engineers as internal users, with a strong understanding of developer needs and workflows
• Familiarity with cloud-native environments and distributed systems
• Business-oriented and data-driven approach
• Strong communication skills
• English at C1 level or higher
