Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ридить и развивать высокоэффективные инженерные команды, продвигая владение и техническое совершенство.
• Коучинг и развитие инженеров через обратную связь и наставничество.
• Определение видения и стратегии использования технологий, данных и AI для масштабирования маркетинга и измерений.
• Идентификация и приоритизация возможностей совместно с Product, Marketing и Data.
• Обеспечение исполнения иdelivery, конвертация стратегий в планы и баланс скорости, качества и надежности.
• Направлять архитектурные решения и оценивать технические компромиссы.
• Повышать качество кода, надежность, наблюдаемость, безопасность и процессы разработки.
• Согласовывать приоритеты с Marketing, SEO, Brand, Product, Data и Legal, обеспечивая корректную трекинг- и privacy-практику.

• Lead and grow high-performing engineering teams, fostering ownership, collaboration, and technical excellence
• Coach and develop engineers through feedback, mentorship, and career development
• Set team vision and strategy for using technology, data, and AI to scale marketing, acquisition, and measurement
• Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities with Product, Marketing, and Data
• Own execution and delivery, turning strategy into plans and balancing speed, quality, and reliability
• Guide system design and architectural decisions and help teams navigate technical trade-offs
• Improve code quality, reliability, observability, security, and development processes
• Align with Marketing, SEO, Brand, Product, Data, and Legal on priorities and outcomes, ensuring reliable tracking, high-quality data, and responsible privacy and consent practices

Требования:

• Strong software engineering background 4+ Years of experience leading and developing engineering teams
• Track record of delivering business-critical products or platforms
• Experience in MarTech, AdTech, Growth, tracking and attribution, paid marketing, or SEO platforms, or related experience building data-intensive systems, automation, or platforms supporting marketing and business teams
• Able to set clear expectations, give actionable feedback, and support engineers through coaching, mentorship, and career development
• Able to guide architectural discussions, evaluate technical trade-offs, and partner with senior engineers on technical strategy
• Able to work closely with Product, Marketing, and Data to identify opportunities, set priorities, and drive measurable outcomes
• Able to turn broad goals into realistic plans, manage dependencies, and balance speed, quality, and reliability
• Clear communicator who leads with empathy, transparency, and accountability and creates an environment where people can challenge ideas, learn, and take ownership
