MiniMed is seeking a Tender Analyst in Madrid to coordinate the end-to-end public tender submission process, ensuring compliance across commercial, technical, legal and pricing areas. You will liaise with Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Finance, Legal and external tender authorities to maximize win rates while reducing administrative burden.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in tender management, strong project management and Excel/data analysis skills, and fluency in English plus the local language.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in tender management, contracting, bid management, procurement, or healthcare market access.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.
• Experience coordinating across multiple business functions.
• Ability to interpret tender specifications and contractual documentation.
• High attention to detail and compliance mindset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and local language.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate end-to-end public tender submissions across commercial, technical, legal, and pricing requirements.
• Act as the central point of coordination between Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Finance, Legal, and external tender authorities to maximize compliance.
• Ensure timely and complete tender submissions and maintain pricing consistency.
• Manage post-award contract administration and reporting obligations.
• Navigate changing public procurement regulations and tender platforms.
