Medline Industries in Madrid is seeking a Tender Agent to support end-to-end tender management, preparing and coordinating high-quality submissions within deadlines. You will work with logistics, sales and marketing to ensure compliant tender proposals.

The role requires 1–2 years in tender administration, strong communication, Spanish proficiency, and solid MS Office skills; hybrid working options are available.

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience in contract and/or tender management.
• Background or strong interest in administration or legal topics.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and conflicting priorities effectively.
• Calm and professional when interacting with customers.

Responsabilidades

• Support end-to-end tender management process and prepare high-quality submissions within deadlines.
• Coordinate tender activities with logistics, sales and marketing teams.
• Ensure compliance with public procurement requirements for tenders.
• Assist in the review and sign-off of proposals and tender documents.
