Takeda is seeking a senior tender and contracting leader to manage end-to-end tender processes for Madrid, Spain. You will design contracting strategies, negotiate terms with authorities and hospital networks, and coordinate cross-functional bid teams to deliver compliant, compelling submissions.

The role requires 3–5 years in market access or healthcare contracting, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and a track record of leading teams in a fast-paced regulatory environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in pharmacy, life sciences, health economics, law, business administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years' experience in pharmaceutical market access, pricing, tender management or healthcare contracting.
• Strong understanding of national procurement regulations, reimbursement frameworks and pricing governance.
• Demonstrated negotiation skills with procurement authorities, hospital groups or payer organisations.
• People management experience leading and developing a team in a compliance-sensitive, deadline-driven environment.
• Analytical skills to model tender scenarios and translate competitive intelligence into strategic bid recommendations.
• Good command of English; local language to business standard required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end tender management including commercial offers, timetables and bid submissions in compliance with regulations and industry codes.
• Develop and execute contracting strategies for the portfolio including hospital frameworks, regional and national listing contracts and rebates.
• Negotiate contract terms with authorities, hospital networks and payer organisations; escalate when needed.
• Lead, coach and develop a cross-functional team of tender and contracting specialists; set objectives and provide feedback.
• Maintain a comprehensive tender and contract management system tracking deadlines, renewals and milestones.
• Analyze tender outcomes and share insights to inform pricing strategy and future bid architecture.
• Coordinate cross-functional input from Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, Finance and Supply Chain.
• Identify and escalate pricing-floor breaches and ensure commitments can be fulfilled.
• Monitor procurement policy environment and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with procurement laws, EFPIA Code and Takeda's policies.
