Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Tender Agent in Madrid to support end-to-end tender management. You will prepare, coordinate, and deliver high-quality tender submissions within required timelines, ensuring customers receive strong tender solutions.

The role involves coordinating with logistics, sales, and marketing teams, conducting background research, and ensuring compliance with public procurement requirements. Hybrid working options are available.

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience in contract and/or tender management.
• Background or strong interest in administration or legal topics.
• Solid oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Pride in delivering high-quality work within agreed timelines.
• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and conflicting priorities.
• Calm and professional when interacting with customers.
• Confidence communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in Spanish is required; Portuguese is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Good command of MS Office.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative support for tenders for public and private customers.
• Ensure full compliance with public procurement requirements for tenders.
• Coordinate the tender process with internal teams (logistics, sales, marketing).
• Conduct background research, document searches, and data collection for tender prep.
• Meet tender deadlines and take ownership of timely delivery.
• Support review and final sign-off of proposals and tender documents.
• Suggest improvements to systems and processes.
• Track contracts, manage issues, and report trends in CRM.
• Handle sample order placements for tender submissions.
