MiniMed is seeking a Tender Analyst to coordinate the end-to-end public tender submission process in Madrid. You will ensure that commercial, technical, legal, and pricing requirements are fulfilled accurately and on time, while serving as the central point of contact between Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Finance, Legal and external tender authorities.

You will manage multiple tenders under tight deadlines, maintain pricing consistency for local tender requirements, and drive cross-functional

Formación

3+ years of experience in tender management, contracting, bid management, procurement, or healthcare market access.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.
Experience coordinating across multiple business functions.
Ability to interpret tender specifications and contractual documentation.
High attention to detail and compliance mindset.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and local language.

Responsabilidades

Coordinate end-to-end tender submissions across Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Finance, and Legal.
Ensure all commercial, technical, legal, and pricing requirements are fulfilled on time.
Maintain pricing consistency while adapting to local tender requirements and regulations.
Manage post-award contract administration and reporting obligations.
