MiniMed is seeking a Tender Analyst to coordinate end-to-end public tender submissions, ensuring compliance across commercial, technical, legal and pricing requirements. You’ll act as the hub between Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Finance and Legal to maximize win rates and reduce admin burden.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in tender or related roles, strong Excel and data analysis skills, and excellent English plus local language communication. Healthcare/MedTech exposure is a plus.

Formación

• 3+ years of tender management, contracting, bid management, procurement, or healthcare market access.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.
• Experience coordinating across multiple business functions.
• Ability to interpret tender specifications and contractual documentation.
• High attention to detail and compliance mindset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and local language.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate end-to-end public tender submissions across departments.
• Ensure compliance with commercial, technical, legal, and pricing requirements.
• Serve as central point between Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Finance, Legal, and tender authorities.
• Maintain pricing consistency while adapting to local tender requirements.
• Manage post-award contract administration and reporting obligations.
