MiniMed is seeking a Tender Analyst to coordinate the end-to-end public tender submission process in Madrid. You will ensure that commercial, technical, legal, and pricing requirements are fulfilled accurately and on time, while serving as the central point of contact between Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Finance, Legal and external tender authorities.

Formación

  • 3+ years of experience in tender management, contracting, bid management, procurement, or healthcare market access.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.
  • Experience coordinating across multiple business functions.
  • Ability to interpret tender specifications and contractual documentation.
  • High attention to detail and compliance mindset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and local language.

About the Role

The Tender Analyst is responsible for coordinating the end-to-end public tender submission process, ensuring that all commercial, technical, legal, and pricing requirements are fulfilled accurately and on time. The role acts as the central point of coordination between Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Finance, Legal, and external tender authorities to maximize compliance and win rates while reducing administrative burden on commercial teams.

Key Challenges
  • Managing multiple tenders concurrently with strict deadlines.
  • Ensuring complete and compliant tender submissions.
  • Coordinating cross-functional stakeholders with competing priorities.
  • Maintaining pricing consistency while adapting to local tender requirements.
  • Managing post-award contract administration and reporting obligations.
  • Navigating changing public procurement regulations and tender platforms.
Must-Have Skills
  • 3+ years of experience in tender management, contracting, bid management, procurement, or healthcare market access.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.

Reverse Logistics Services (RLS) exists to make returns effortless and reliable for every Amazon customer - no matter which store or partner they walk into. In France, we deliver that experience across more than 15,000 partner and carrier locations, through convenience‑led options such as Label‑Free, Box‑Free (LFBF) drop‑off and every other way a customer can return an item in‑store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the in‑store returns experience in Spain across ~14,000 partner and carrier locations, ensuring returns are fast, easy, and reliable for customers across all return types.
  • Get into the field and coach. Visit partner locations, observe how returns are handled, and coach partner teams to Amazon’s standards for speed, accuracy, and customer experience.
  • Use data to prioritize. Identify the locations and partners falling furthest behind and concentrate your effort where it improves the customer experience most.
Basic Qualifications
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in Spanish
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English
  • Experience in operations, field operations, logistics, or program management experience.
