Autodesk is seeking technical advisors to coach customers on adopting Autodesk solutions and workflows. The role focuses on automation, APIs, and large-scale environments, partnering with global customers within the Technical Adoption team.

You will engage in discovery calls, live coaching, and group enablement, acting as a trusted technical advisor to drive measurable business outcomes. Munich and Barcelona are among the listed locations for this role.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in related field.
• Advanced knowledge of Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) technologies and automation building blocks.
• Experience with Cloud APIs and API testing tools such as Postman.
• Understanding of HTTP methods, constructing and sending HTTP requests to APIs, and handling JSON responses.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver product and workflow coaching sessions for strategic customers to adopt Autodesk solutions.
• Conduct coaching discovery calls to understand customer workflows and outcomes.
• Lead live coaching and scalable group enablement sessions (1:many) for end users with guidance and best practices.
• Act as a technical trusted advisor to help customers achieve business outcomes using Autodesk technology.
