Autodesk Customer Success seeks motivated trusted advisors to help customers optimize their product investment and reach measurable business outcomes. You will join the Technical Adoption and Success group within the Customer Technical Success team, serving medium to large enterprise customers worldwide.

You will deliver live coaching, act as a technical advisor, and create packaged offerings to maximize adoption of Autodesk solutions and ensure customer success across projects and geographies.

Formación

• Fluency in English + advanced French.
• Expert knowledge of Autodesk Civil 3D and Autodesk AutoCAD in production environments.
• 5–6 years Civil Engineering or related field experience.
• Advanced knowledge of industry needs and workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• Public speaking/presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud, Autodesk Map 3D, and GIS is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver live coaching sessions to drive adoption of Autodesk solutions.
• Act as a technical trusted advisor to customers, demonstrating product expertise to help customers adopt and achieve business outcomes.
• Build, maintain and deliver packaged service offerings to increase customer success and new product adoption.
• Deliver digital content via webinars for end users to drive successful adoption.
• Develop and update digital content adhering to CTS standards of quality and consistency, solving customer challenges.
