Autodesk is seeking technical advisors to coach customers on adopting Autodesk solutions and workflows. The role focuses on automation, APIs, and large-scale environments, partnering with global customers within the Technical Adoption team.

Job Requisition ID #26WD98866Position Overview Autodesk Customer Success is looking for highly motivated technical advisors to help our customers maximize their product investment and realize measurable business outcomes.
We are looking for a professional with automation and scripting experience, preferably in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) space. You should have experience, supporting a broad range of technologies in large-scale environments. You will work closely with medium and large strategic customers worldwide to enhance their adoption of Autodesk solutions. You will join the Technical Adoption team within the Customer Success Management group; this is a team that values professional development, supports growth and rewards high performance.

Salary transparency Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For Germany based roles, we expect a starting base salary between 60,000 EUR and 88,000 EUR. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
