Autodesk Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Adoption Specialist to empower strategic customers in Architecture, Engineering and Construction with expert guidance on Autodesk Forma Build and related tools.

You will deliver live coaching, create scalable services, and act as a trusted technical advisor to maximize product adoption and business outcomes. With strong Spanish and English communication, you will collaborate across global teams to develop and deliver high-impact digital content and

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field.
• Expert knowledge of Autodesk Forma Build and Forma Data Management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (bi-lingual or native).

Responsabilidades

• Deliver live coaching sessions to drive adoption of Autodesk solutions.
• Act as a technical trusted advisor to customers, demonstrating thought leadership and product expertise.
• Build, maintain and deliver packaged service offerings to increase customer success and new product adoption.
• Deliver digital content via 1:Many webinars for end users to drive successful adoption.
• Develop and update digital content adhering to corporate design standards of quality and consistency.
