Autodesk Customer Success is seeking highly motivated technical experts to help our customers optimize their product investment and achieve measurable business outcomes.

In this role, you will partner with enterprise clients in AECO to deliver proactive technical governance, advisory services, and hands-on support for Autodesk Civil3D, InfraWorks, Navisworks, and construction cloud tools, in Spanish and English.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years' experience with Autodesk Civil products and cloud services for large enterprise clients.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in enterprise environments.
• Expert knowledge in workflows and data exchange.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and maintain technical relationships with customers as point of contact, coordinating with CSM and TAS.
• Priority handling and escalation of critical issues and monitoring SLAs.
• Provide technical guidance and recommendations for Enterprise Customers based on data analytics.
• Drive improvement initiatives via problem-management approaches.
• Coordinate with IT and design teams to ensure successful installation and performance of Autodesk cloud/desktop applications.
• Deliver coaching sessions to increase adoption and customer success plan progress.
• Conduct proactive engagement through case reviews and alignment of technical insights with objectives.
• Manage key events such as major upgrades.
• Engage strategically to provide insights and health governance.
