Autodesk Customer Success is seeking a technically skilled AECO-focused expert to help enterprise customers optimize product investments and achieve measurable business outcomes. You will join a team supporting global customers, delivering proactive governance and advisory services for cloud and desktop solutions.

Responsibilities include serving as a technical point of contact, managing escalations, and driving adoption through coaching and strategic guidance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Architectural, Civil or Construction Engineering.
• 5+ years using or supporting Autodesk AECO products and cloud services for large enterprise clients.
• Strong analytical skills and enterprise troubleshooting experience.
• Fluent in English; French and Spanish proficiency required.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and maintain relationships with customers as technical point of contact.
• Prioritize and escalate critical issues; monitor service level compliance.
• Provide technical assistance and recommendations for Enterprise Customers.
• Identify opportunities for improvements via data analytics.
• Collaborate with IT and design groups for installation and licensing.
• Deliver coaching sessions to increase adoption and success plans.
• Lead proactive engagement through regular case reviews and health insights.
• Manage key events such as major upgrades.
• Engage strategically to provide insights and governance.
