AWS EMEA SARL (Spain Branch) is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) fluent in Portuguese to support strategic accounts across technologies. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers navigate their cloud journey and expand knowledge of AWS services.

In this role, you will work within AWS Enterprise Support's Strategic Industries group for Energy and Utilities, developing technical leadership and mentoring opportunities. AWS offers global mobility and rich career growth paths.

Formación

• Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting in a distributed systems environment.
• Experience in technical engineering roles.
• Professional fluency in Portuguese and English.

Responsabilidades

• Develop trusting relationships with customers and review service disruptions with monthly/quarterly metrics.
• Utilize technical skills to solve difficult support issues and challenges.
• Understand operational parameters and troubleshooting processes for issues and escalations.
• Advocate for customer needs to overcome adoption blockers and drive feature development.
• Improve customer capabilities by running workshops, operations and architecture reviews.
• Ensure AWS environments remain healthy while reducing costs and driving efficiencies.
• Engage with customers from developers to C-Suite executives.
• Collaborate across AWS functions including Solutions Architects, Business Developers, and Sales.
