Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to support Global Financial Services customers across capital markets, insurance and banking. You will act as the principal technical advisor, guiding cloud strategy, risk management, and service adoption across compute, storage, databases, and AI services.

Travel up to 10% is required. You will collaborate with engineers and service teams to ensure operational health, develop runbooks, and craft DevSecOps and Operating

Formación

• Experience in design/implementation/operations/consulting with distributed applications.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent, or experience in technical engineering.
• Experience in external enterprise customer-facing role as a technical lead, with strong oral and written communication skills, presenting to both large and small audiences.
• Experience solving problems with technology in the Global Financial Services Industry.
• Speak, write, and read fluently in Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Act as principal technical advisor and 'voice of the customer' to global financial services customers across capital markets, insurance, and banking payments.
• Define and maintain operational frameworks including DevSecOps, Operational Excellence, and Target Operating Models for customer environments.
• Proactively keep AWS environments healthy through reviews, monitoring and runbooks.
• Leverage generative AI tools to accelerate troubleshooting and surface high-value recommendations.
• Engage CTO-level stakeholders with strategic technical guidance and cross-domain risk assessments.
