JD.com is seeking a highly organized Service Provider Management professional to oversee and optimize relationships with our third-party service providers, ensuring high-quality and cost-effective services across our logistics network.

You will define selection processes, negotiate SLAs, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with procurement, operations, and legal to optimize spend and mitigate risks. This role offers a dynamic environment in Madrid with opportunities to shape a global supply chain.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in service provider management, vendor management, or procurement, preferably within an e-commerce or logistics environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex relationships with third-party service providers.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in English; Mandarin Chinese is a significant plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience with service management software and tools is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement strategies for effective service provider selection, onboarding, and ongoing performance management.
• Negotiate and manage service level agreements (SLAs) and contracts with various service providers, ensuring adherence to terms and conditions.
• Monitor and evaluate service provider performance against established KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Conduct regular business reviews with service providers to discuss performance, address issues, and foster strong collaborative relationships.
• Identify potential risks associated with service providers and develop mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., procurement, operations, legal) to align service provider strategies with business needs.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in service provider management.
• Manage budgets related to service provider costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
• Resolve escalated issues and disputes with service providers in a timely and effective manner.
