JD.com’s JINGDONG Logistics seeks an organized Service Provider Management professional to oversee and optimize relationships with third-party providers, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective services.

You will develop strategies for provider selection, onboarding, negotiation of SLAs, KPI monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration with procurement, operations, and legal to align supplier programs with business goals. This role offers growth in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field.
• At least 5 years in service provider/vendor management or procurement.
• Proven ability to manage complex third-party relationships.
• Strong negotiation and contracts management skills.
• Analytical, data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence.
• Proficiency in English; Mandarin a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement strategies for effective service provider selection, onboarding, and ongoing performance management.
• Negotiate and manage SLAs and contracts with various service providers.
• Monitor and evaluate service provider performance against KPIs; identify improvements.
• Conduct regular business reviews with service providers to discuss performance and issues.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, operations, legal.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices in service provider management.
• Manage budgets related to service provider costs; identify cost optimization opportunities.
• Resolve escalated issues and disputes with service providers.
