JD Logistics is seeking an organized Service Provider Management expert to oversee relationships with third-party providers, ensuring high-quality and cost-effective services across the supply chain.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in provider management, with strong negotiation, analytics, and stakeholder communication. You will engage with procurement, operations, and legal teams to optimize performance and cost structures.

• Conduct regular business reviews with service providers to discuss performance and issues.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies related to service providers.
• Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, operations, legal) to align strategies.
• Stay aligned with industry best practices and trends in service provider management.
• Manage budgets related to service provider costs and identify cost-optimization opportunities.
• Resolve escalated issues and disputes with service providers promptly.

Job Summary**

JD.com is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Provider Management professional to oversee and optimize relationships with our third-party service providers, ensuring high-quality and cost-effective services.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for effective service provider selection, onboarding, and ongoing performance management.
• Negotiate and manage service level agreements (SLAs) and contracts with various service providers, ensuring adherence to terms and conditions.
• Monitor and evaluate service provider performance against established KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Conduct regular business reviews with service providers to discuss performance, address issues, and foster strong collaborative relationships.
• Identify potential risks associated with service providers and develop mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., procurement, operations, legal) to align service provider strategies with business needs.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in service provider management.
• Manage budgets related to service provider costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
• Resolve escalated issues and disputes with service providers in a timely and effective manner.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in service provider management, vendor management, or procurement, preferably within an e-commerce or logistics environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex relationships with third-party service providers.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in English; Mandarin Chinese is a significant plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience with service management software and tools is desirable.
