Job summary

HOYA Vision Group is seeking a Sales Strategy Director to define and drive the Seiko commercial strategy across EMEA and North America. You will collaborate with regional and global leadership to accelerate growth, improve sales performance, and support expansion into new markets.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong CRM expertise, and excellent stakeholder management. A senior, commercially-driven leader fluent in English will excel in this international, matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Seiko commercial strategy across EMEA and North America.
• Define customer segmentation, value propositions, pricing, and go-to-market approaches.
• Partner with country- and sales leadership teams to translate strategy into measurable sales plans.
• Enhance sales effectiveness through improved processes, CRM, tools, training, and performance management.
• Lead market expansion initiatives from opportunity assessment through successful launch.
• Act as the commercial voice of the region, influencing global product, marketing, digital, and operational priorities.
• Foster collaboration and best-practice sharing across regional Sales and Marketing teams.
