Madrid TBEA XI'AN ELECTRIC TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. is seeking an Area Sales Manager to cover Central Spain, Andalucía and Southern Portugal.

You will drive commercial activities for central and string inverters, BESS, and related services, building strong relationships with industrial customers and guiding projects from enquiry to order. The role requires 3–5+ years of technical sales experience, excellent communication, and the ability to travel extensively (about 80%).

Formación

• 3–5+ years of technical or industrial sales experience in related fields.
• Strong teamwork, target-oriented mindset and collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication, patient listening and coordination abilities.
• Good understanding of local renewable energy policies.
• Strong risk management in daily operations.

Responsabilidades

• Develop new business across the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with industrial customers and end users.
• Identify new applications and market opportunities.
• Lead technical and commercial discussions from inquiry to order.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop customer-specific solutions.
• Grow existing accounts and expand the company’s presence with new customers.
