TBEA Xi'An Electric Technology Co., Ltd. seeks a Sales Manager for utility-scale solar projects in Galicia, Spain. You will lead sales of inverter and power solutions, build strong key-account relationships, and coordinate internal resources to meet customer needs.

We value a Bachelor in a relevant field and at least 3 years in solar sales/business development, plus excellent teamwork, communication, and coordination skills. Local renewable policy knowledge is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor in sales, electronics, electrical, engineering or renewables, minimum 3-years of sales or business development experience in utility scale solar projects.
• Excellent teamwork is a basic requirement and must be target oriented.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to listen carefully with patience, plus strong coordination to meet customer requirements.
• Very good understanding of local renewable policies.
• Strong sense of risk control in daily operations.
• Solar inverter, solar module sales and project development experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for the sales of TBEA Solar Inverter and Power Station Solutions in utility-scale solar projects.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, organize and coordinate company resources to understand customers' requirements and optimize LOCE.
• Conduct market investigations and report to the company, suggesting market development strategies to key accounts.
• Help optimize sales, technical support, delivery and service procedures to improve customer satisfaction and secure long-term partnerships.
• Payment collection.

Job Description

• 1. Responsible for the Sales of TBEA Solar Inverter and Power Station Solutions（both central and string inverter）, BESS solution, Statcom, Micro-grid, SCADA and TB-e Cloud services in utility scale solar projects.
• 2. Develop and maintain strong relationship with the key accounts, organize and coordinate company resources to fully understand customers' requirements, help customer to optimize the design and improve LOCE.
• 3. Make in-time market investigation and report to company, giving suggestions on company’s market development and approach strategy to the key accounts;
• 4. Help to optimize company's sales, technical support, delivery and service procedures to improve customer satisfaction to get stable and long term customer support;
• 5. Payment collection;

Requirements

• 1. Bachelor in sales, electronics, electrical, engineering or renewables, minimum 3-years of sales or business development experience in utility scale solar projects, having strong relationship with the key accounts.
• 2. Excellent teamwork player is a basic and must, and always target oriented.
• 3. Excellent communication skills and able to listen to customer’s requests carefully with patience, and strong coordination ability to lead the team to meet customer’s requirements.
• 4. Very good understanding of the local renewable policies.
• 5. Strong sense of risk control in daily operations.
• 6. Solar inverter, solar module sales and project development related experience is preferred.
