Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a seasoned Enablement leader for the South EMEA region to own the enablement calendar, content quality, and post-event activation. You will partner with Sales Leaders and Program Managers to translate business outcomes into scalable enablement plans with measurable impact.

You’ll drive analytics and tooling, create prescriptive sales plays, and mentor a growing team to build a high-velocity program delivery capability across the region.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience across Sales, Sales Programs, Sales Enablement, Sales Strategy, or Sales Operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the enablement calendar, content quality, stakeholder alignment, and post-event activation and compliance tracking.
• Partner with Sales Leaders, Sales Programs Managers, and Enablement BPs to translate outcomes into enablement plans with measurable impact.
• Drive strategic projects end-to-end, including program adoption, pipeline programs, dashboards, and tooling.
• Turn data into prescriptive sales plays with measurable ACV and pipeline impact.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to build scalable program delivery across the region.
