Eaton Corporation is seeking a Program Manager to lead complex cross-functional programs that drive operational excellence, service enablement, and business transformation across the organization.

You will define strategy, governance and roadmaps, coordinate diverse teams, manage budgets and risks, and report progress to senior leadership while promoting continuous improvement and scalable delivery models.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, engineering or related field.
• 8+ years leading complex programs, PMO or consulting roles.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, governance and multi-stakeholder projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning, governance and execution of large cross-functional programs.
• Define objectives, roadmaps and success criteria aligned to strategy.
• Coordinate stakeholders across functions to ensure delivery.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, risks and resource needs.
• Drive change management, process improvements and tool adoption.
