Fever for Business is scaling its global sales enablement function and seeking a senior leader to design onboarding, coaching, and playbooks for regional teams. You will work closely with RevOps, Product, Marketing, and Talent Acquisition to define how world-class sales performance is built and scaled.

Based in Madrid with a hybrid setup and travel as needed, you will drive adoption of standardized methodologies, coach leaders, and deliver measurable improvements in ramp time and pipeline

Formación

• 7+ years in a mix of top-tier consulting firms, sales enablement, sales leadership, or revenue operations.
• Experience supporting global sales teams across multiple markets.
• Proven ability to design scalable onboarding and enablement programs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills in English; Spanish a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design and lead onboarding programs for Fever for Business globally.
• Coach and upskill global sales teams through reviews, role-plays and targeted initiatives.
• Own Playbook and sales content, ensuring regional alignment with global standards.
• Lead change management and adoption of sales methodologies across regions.
• Foster a high-performance culture with certification and recognition programs.
