Innovamat in Spain is seeking a People Business Partner to shape how we organize, develop, and support our teams, translating business priorities into a stronger management culture. The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution across leadership coaching, workforce planning, and people-driven initiatives.

You will partner with senior leaders to drive performance, well-being, and programs that align with our mission in education and innovation.

Formación

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in HR, Labour Relations, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
• ~4 years of similar experience as a People Business Partner or in an HR generalist/strategic role.
• In-depth knowledge of organizational structures, including matrix environments.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish. Catalan is a plus.
• Experience in a global and multicultural work environment is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic Business Acumen: evolve and optimize organizational structures, align people strategy with business goals as we scale.
• Talent Management & Acquisition: forecast staffing needs, define role requirements, ensure organizational and cultural fit across stages.
• Performance & Development: participate in performance evaluations and 360º programs; plan training and career paths.
• Empowering Leaders: coach senior leaders to foster an autonomous, efficient management structure.
• Culture & Employee Well‑being: develop and implement plans to improve team well‑being and promote company culture.
• Continuous Improvement & Data: track metrics and coordinate with managers to drive improvements.
