Innovamat is seeking a People Business Partner in Spain to shape how we organize, develop, and support teams. You will work closely with senior leaders to translate business priorities into a stronger, more autonomous management culture, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

The role emphasizes coaching leaders, aligning people strategy with business goals, and driving processes for performance and development across the organization.

Formación

• Bachelor/Master's degree in HR, Labour Relations, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
• ~4 years of similar experience as a People Business Partner or in an HR generalist/strategic role.
• In-depth knowledge of organizational structures, including matrix environments.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish. Catalan is a plus.
• Experience in a global and multicultural work environment is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic Business Acumen: evolve and optimize our existing organizational structures, enhancing productivity and aligning people strategy with business goals as we scale.
• Talent Management & Acquisition: forecast staffing needs, define role requirements, and ensure overall organizational and cultural fit of upcoming hires, coordinating with Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition.
• Performance & Development: define and implement performance evaluations and 360º programs, and structure training and career paths.
• Empowering Leaders: coach senior leaders, drive solutions, and foster autonomous, efficient management structures.
• Culture & Employee Well-being: develop plans to improve well-being and promote our culture and mechanisms supporting it.
• Continuous Improvement & Data: track key metrics and coordinate with managers to drive actionable insights.

This is a high-impact role at the intersection of people, leadership, and business strategy. You'll work closely with senior leaders to shape how we organize, develop, and support our teams, translating business priorities into a stronger, more autonomous management culture. It's a role for someone who wants to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Your Day to Day at Innovamat

• Strategic Business Acumen: You will help evolve and optimize our existing organizational structures, enhancing productivity and keeping people strategy closely aligned with business goals as we scale.
• Talent Management & Acquisition: Headcount Planning & Talent Alignment: You will act as the key bridge between Hiring Managers and the Talent Acquisition team. Rather than sourcing or screening candidates, you will be responsible for forecasting staffing needs, defining role requirements, and ensuring the overall organizational and cultural fit of upcoming hires, facilitating smooth coordination across all stages.
• Performance & Development: You will participate in defining and planning performance evaluations, including preparing and implementing new 360º evaluation programs, and structuring impactful training and career paths.
• Empowering Leaders: You will guide and engage with senior leaders, providing coaching as needed, driving towards solutions, and helping them navigate complex organizational challenges to foster an autonomous and efficient management structure.
• Culture & Employee Well-being: You will help developing and implementing short, medium, and long-term plans to improve the well-being of the team. You will be an intermediary and/or mediator when required, and you will get to know and promote our culture and the mechanisms that support it.
• Continuous Improvement & Data: You will promote the continuous improvement of our processes, coordinating with business area managers to develop new actions. You will track key metrics to uncover actionable insights for decision-making.
