Innovamat is seeking a People Business Partner in Spain to shape how we organize, develop, and support teams. You will work closely with senior leaders to translate business priorities into a stronger, more autonomous management culture, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

The role emphasizes coaching leaders, aligning people strategy with business goals, and driving processes for performance and development across the organization.

Formación

• Bachelor/Master's degree in HR, Labour Relations, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
• ~4 years of similar experience as a People Business Partner or in an HR generalist/strategic role.
• In-depth knowledge of organizational structures, including matrix environments.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish. Catalan is a plus.
• Experience in a global and multicultural work environment is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic Business Acumen: evolve and optimize our existing organizational structures, enhancing productivity and aligning people strategy with business goals as we scale.
• Talent Management & Acquisition: forecast staffing needs, define role requirements, and ensure overall organizational and cultural fit of upcoming hires, coordinating with Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition.
• Performance & Development: define and implement performance evaluations and 360º programs, and structure training and career paths.
• Empowering Leaders: coach senior leaders, drive solutions, and foster autonomous, efficient management structures.
• Culture & Employee Well-being: develop plans to improve well-being and promote our culture and mechanisms supporting it.
• Continuous Improvement & Data: track key metrics and coordinate with managers to drive actionable insights.
