Perk, the intelligent platform for travel and spend management, is expanding its People team in Barcelona. We’re seeking a People Partner to work with senior leaders, translating company priorities into practical people plans that drive performance and growth.

You’ll implement core processes, guide change initiatives, and nurture a high‑performance culture across fast‑growing teams, ensuring engagement and development at scale.

Responsabilidades

• Provide advisory and coaching to leaders on people topics.
• Co-create people priorities aligned to business goals.
• Offer scoped options and recommendations across the employee lifecycle.
• Implement and manage key people processes (e.g. performance reviews).
• Partner leaders to embed a high performance culture with feedback and development conversations.
• Use People Data and engagement results to diagnose challenges and monitor progress.
• Co-deliver change management with Senior Leaders and Managers.
