Fever seeks a Senior HR Business Partner to join the People team in Madrid. You will partner with senior leaders to shape culture, performance, and engagement across high‑impact teams. You’ll own critical people processes and advise managers for strategic outcomes.

With 7+ years in HRBP or senior People roles, you’ll bring English fluency, strong analytics, and a proactive, discrete, and collaborative mindset. Madrid hybrid work offers growth and global collaboration.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience as an HRBP or senior People role in scaleups, tech, or high-performance teams.
• Proficient in English (C1) written and spoken.
• Degree in HR, Law, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data-first approach to decisions.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership and influencing across levels.
• Thrives in high-pressure environments with shifting priorities.
• Discretion and sound judgment in sensitive situations.
• Excellent communication and adaptability.
