• Builder mentality — starting from zero and creating scaled partnerships.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• 12+ years of experience in enterprise technology partnerships, ideally within cloud, AI/ML, or platform businesses.
• Deep existing relationships at VP+ level within target partners.
• Data-driven mindset with focus on measurable outcomes and KPI attainment.

Responsabilidades

• Partnership development and execution: treat each partner as a structured sales pursuit with stakeholder mapping, account plans, and engagement strategies.
• Performance and KPI ownership: own pipeline, revenue, trained consultants, and joint proposals; establish success metrics and reviews.
• Market Development & Brand Building: amplify the Anthropic brand across Spain and MEA with GTM strategies and regional considerations.
