Zynap Ltd. in Barcelona, Spain, seeks a Strategic Operations Manager to join the Chief of Staff’s team, aligning Product, Sales, Solutions Engineering, Engineering, and Marketing across the company.

You will turn decisions into action plans, lead ISO 27001 and SOC 2 certification efforts, and engage with strategic clients on PoCs and pre-sales motions to keep the business moving. You will be the connective tissue, translating priorities into structured plans, coordinating rituals, tracking

Formación

• 3+ years in strategic operations in a tech company.
• Strong programme/project management with cross-functional accountability.
• Ability to lead ISO 27001 and SOC 2 end-to-end, including roadmap and deadlines.
• Good understanding of product and engineering roadmaps, sprints, releases, OKRs.
• Comfortable with senior stakeholders and clients, credible conversations.
• Professional English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• Comfortable building lightweight operational systems with Notion, Jira, Slack.

Responsabilidades

• Translate company priorities into structured plans across Product, Sales, Solutions Engineering, Engineering and Marketing.
• Facilitate cross-team rituals: planning cycles, OKR reviews, syncs and leadership forums.
• Track cross-functional dependencies, risks and blockers; surface issues early.
• Own the operational cadence: agendas, action items, follow-ups and decision logs.
• Prepare briefing materials, executive summaries and status updates for leadership and the board.
• Engage with strategic clients for PoCs and pre-sales motions where relevant.
• Lead ISO 27001 and SOC 2 certification programmes; keep audits on track.
• Coordinate Engineering, Security and Legal so controls are implemented and evidenced.
