Biocartis is seeking a Spanish Key Account Manager to drive growth across hospitals and laboratories in Spain. You will build relationships with key decision makers, manage an annual territory plan, and lead strategic sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets in a dynamic biotech environment.

The role requires a scientific degree, deep knowledge of diagnostics, and fluency in Spanish and English, with strong presentation and negotiation skills and experience with Salesforce CRM.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in a scientific orientation preferred or equivalent through experience.
• Knowledge of the diagnostic market, preferably molecular diagnostics and/or pathology.
• Strong sales and account management capabilities.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; strong presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and grow profitable sales in designated territory in Spain.
• Maintain relationships with key decision makers in hospitals and laboratories.
• Develop and execute annual business plans for the territory.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Maintain accurate customer records using Salesforce.
