Job summary

EU Business School is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting for a multi-entity, multi-campus organization with about EUR 65M revenue. Reporting to the CFO, you will build an AI-driven FP&A function and a single source of truth across campuses in Barcelona, Geneva, Munich, and Digital.

You will own driver-based models, collaborate with campus leaders, and develop profitability insights to inform pricing, investments, and strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and driver-based models.
• Proven track record in multi-entity, multi-site FP&A leadership.
• Strong Excel and BI tool proficiency; automation focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasts across entities and campuses.
• Own monthly management reporting and KPI consolidation for CFO and executives.
• Develop data- and AI-driven FP&A processes and dashboards.
• Partner with campus directors to monitor performance and drive profitability decisions.
• Mentor and grow an FP&A team of two.
