Job summary

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent.
• MBA or credits toward MBA preferred.
• 4 years of FP&A experience.
• Fluent English is mandatory. Other European languages is a plus.
• High level of Excel skills.
• Reporting Oracle SmartView and usage of Power BI, Alteryx, and AI assistants is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operating Planning and Forecasting: Supports management to create an annual operating plan aligned to the strategic plan and forecasts results.
• Runs operating plan models and prepares plan/forecast presentations.
• Creates analytical tools and models for expenses driving process improvements.
• Prepares variance analysis on actual results versus plan/forecast and communicates to senior management.
