Job summary

Mantu is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to join its finance team in Barcelona. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling, and partner with senior management to drive strategic financial decisions.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. You will work with the CFO and FP&A Head-of, coaching the team, driving improvements, and leveraging AI tools to enhance reporting and efficiency across

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of FP&A, financial management, or similar role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills for managing the FP&A team.
• Excellent communication to translate financial data for diverse stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with proactive problem-solving.
• Ability to work with multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong Excel skills; Power BI knowledge is a plus.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Autonomy and initiative to drive financial improvements.
• Knowledge of generative AI tools (e.g., OpenAI) for productivity.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to CFO and FP&A Head-of with strategic insights.
• Lead and coach the FP&A team for high performance.
• Align planning processes with business objectives and strategic coherence.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management with actionable insights.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for data-driven decisions.
• Analyze performance, identify risks, opportunities, and corrective actions.
