Appodeal, Barcelona-based, seeks an senior FP&A leader to own the consolidated operating model, board reporting, and monthly forecasting. Youll coordinate with Accounting, Product, and Growth teams while driving automation and scenario planning. The role requires strategic financial thinking and a track record of influencing leadership.

The position offers a hybrid work rhythm in Barcelona with exposure to global revenue streams and a fast-growing ad-tech environment.

Formación

• 7+ years in FP&A, investment banking, or strategy consulting with budgeting experience.
• Driver-based three-statement modeling and cohort economics.
• Automation of finance reporting and AI-assisted forecasting.
• Strong English communication and executive presentation skills.

• Own consolidated operating model: revenue, gross profit, opex, headcount, cash.
