Job summary

Partner Company in Spain seeks an FP&A Lead to own central financial planning and analysis for a fast-growing AI tech business. You will build the consolidated model, lead budgeting and forecasting, and drive monthly reporting for exec decisions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on finance professional who built planning models from scratch in a high-growth tech environment.
• Experience leading annual budgets and reforecasting end-to-end in a fast-scaling tech company.
• Ability to communicate performance and forecasts clearly to executives or board-level audiences.
• Strong commercial judgment including unit economics, gross profit, and investment trade-offs.
• Track record of implementing recommendations that influence decisions and outcomes.
• Proficient with Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive Planning; comfortable extracting data with SQL.
• Regular use of AI tools to improve analysis, workflow quality, and decision-making.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities, and build financial processes in evolving environments.

Responsibilities

• Financial modeling and planning: build and maintain a driver-based consolidated model and operating expense model.
• Budgeting and forecasting: lead annual budgets and quarterly reforecasts; manage headcount and G&A forecasting.
• Reporting and executive support: establish monthly cadence, support board reporting, and narrate results.
• Capital allocation: evaluate major investments and ensure financial recommendations drive outcomes; prep IPO readiness.
