ShopFully is seeking an AI Architect, Finance, to join the Strategic Transformation team to translate finance problems into production AI solutions and robust forecasting models.

You will develop agentic AI, multi-agent orchestration, and responsible AI practices, partnering with FP&A, Accounting, and Treasury while shaping technical direction. Hybrid work with offices in Milan and Madrid.

Formación

• 10+ years in AI/ML, software engineering, or applied data science with senior IC exposure.
• Experience shipping production AI systems, including agentic AI and ML for forecasting.
• Hands-on with foundation models, AI tooling, and modern data platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and prototype AI systems automating finance workflows (close, variance analysis, forecasting).
• Lead multi-agent orchestration design with guardrails and human-in-the-loop checks.
• Define standards for prompt engineering, memory, and observability across solutions.
• Mentor analysts on AI/ML concepts and responsible use.
