Rover.com in Barcelona and beyond seeks an experienced FP&A professional to develop and maintain forecasting models for international revenue. You will influence central teams and partner with Marketing, Analytics, and Product to gather inputs and drive data-driven decisions.

The role requires 5+ years in FP&A with strong modeling skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication in a fast-paced tech environment.

Formación

• BS/MS or demonstrated ability in a business or quantitative field.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain forecasting models for international revenue.
• Work with central teams to execute strategies and learning agendas.
• Partner with Marketing, Analytics, and Product to gather model inputs.
• Monitor performance vs forecast and recommend actions based on data.
• Identify risks and opportunities to hit financial targets.
• Analyze cohort models to understand consumer behavior and long-range planning.
• Ensure reporting provides visibility to performance and spot problems early.
• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency in the role.
