Eastman is seeking a Performance Films Account Manager for the EMEA region. You will develop and execute territory strategies across Europe, focusing on Paint Protection Films, Architectural Window Films, and Automotive Window Films, with Italy, Spain, and Portugal as core markets.

This role is customer-facing, with up to two direct reports, and requires 60-80% travel. You will collaborate with service, marketing, supply chain, and finance to drive growth and maintain robust distributor

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent commercial experience.
• 5+ years of relevant sales or account-management experience.
• Fluent English; Italian/Spanish/Portuguese desirable; residence in Europe desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute territory and account plans for PPF, Architectural Window Films, and Automotive Window Films.
• Build distributor networks and drive growth through channel partners.
• Forecast revenue and manage opportunities using Eastman processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer value.
• Travel 60–80% to cover core markets.
