Sealed Air is seeking a Marketing & Portfolio Manager for the EMEA Blocking & Bracing Solutions portfolio. The role blends strategic planning with hands‑on execution across regional marketing, lifecycle management, and go‑to‑market initiatives.

You will work with Sales, R&D, Operations, and Sustainability teams to deliver customer‑focused, innovative packaging solutions in a fast‑paced international environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in B2B marketing, product management, portfolio management, or commercial roles.
• Experience across multiple product lines or categories preferred.
• Exposure to pricing, portfolio management, product launches, or commercial support activities.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, R&D, Operations, or Marketing teams.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, market analysis tools, or business reporting tools is an advantage.
• Packaging or industrial manufacturing experience preferred but not essential.
• Willingness to travel within the region as required.

Responsabilidades

• Support regional marketing and portfolio strategy execution, including portfolio planning, lifecycle management, and go‑to‑market activities.
• Provide market, customer, and competitor insights to identify growth opportunities and inform commercial decisions.
• Support pricing analysis, value communication, and management of the marketing mix.
• Enable sales teams through product knowledge, tools, presentations, and launch support.
• Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives with Sales, R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, and Sustainability teams.
• Contribute to sustainability initiatives and customer‑focused advocacy aligned with regional priorities.
