Sika Spain is seeking a Key Account Manager - Industrial Lamination for Spain & Portugal. The role focuses on growing revenue through direct sales of liquid PU and Hot Melt adhesives for industrial lamination, while maintaining strong relationships with key accounts.

The position requires deep product knowledge, customer training delivery, and regular collaboration with the EMEA team. A permanent contract with a competitive salary and expensed company car is offered.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in sales and account management for industrial adhesives or related chemicals.
• Knowledge of Sandwich Panel bonding or related applications is preferred.
• Solid technical background in adhesives, including PU systems and Hot Melt.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts in Spain and Portugal to grow revenue.
• Identify new business opportunities in the Sandwich Panel and textiles sectors.
• Provide technical advice on adhesive solutions for customer needs.
• Collaborate with the EMEA team to share insights and align strategies.
• Organize and deliver customer training on adhesive technologies.
• Develop accurate sales forecasts and report progress and market trends.
• Represent the company at industry events and key shows.
• Travel within Spain and Portugal and occasionally across the EMEA region.
