Job summary

mark'ennovy is seeking an HR Operations professional to broaden scope into a generalist HR role with a regional focus across EMEA. The role involves payroll coordination with external providers, employee lifecycle management, and partnering with managers on people matters.

You will support recruitment, onboarding, talent development, and employee engagement, while identifying opportunities to simplify and automate HR processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR Operations, Personnel Administration, Payroll, or similar HR role.
• Experience with external payroll providers and end-to-end HR processes.
• Solid understanding of employment lifecycle processes and labour legislation.
• Strong attention to detail with a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset.
• Interest in process improvement, digitalization, and HR technology.
• Ability to build effective relationships with managers and employees.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate payroll activities with external providers across multiple EMEA countries.
• Manage employee lifecycle processes including contracts, onboarding, changes, and offboarding.
• Partner with managers on day-to-day people matters, guidance on performance and HR policies.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate HR processes.
• Produce HR reports and analytics to support business decisions.
• Participate in regional HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee temporary workforce administration and relationships with staffing agencies.
