Danaher is seeking an experienced EMEA Payroll Manager to lead payroll operations across the MEDNA region, ensuring accurate, compliant, timely, and well-controlled payroll delivery. You will partner with HR, Finance, and external vendors while guiding a multi-level payroll team toward high-quality outcomes.

The role reports to the Director of EMEA Payroll and allows on-site or remote work, with the potential to influence regional payroll strategy and governance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with 7–9 years of payroll experience.
• 3–5 years handling complex EMEA payrolls focusing on taxes, regulations and labour law.
• Proven leadership experience and team management skills.
• Ability to lead through change and implement new processes with performance management.
• CPP certification is required or preferred.
• Strategic thinking for payroll issues considering timing and tax implications.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end payroll cycles for the MEDNA region with timely, accurate processing.
• Approve payroll-related payments and conduct audits for accuracy.
• Prepare external and internal audit documentation for regional payroll.
• Ensure compliance with country/region labour laws and tax requirements.
• Lead payroll team performance, capacity planning, and development.
• Maintain payroll process documentation; support system enhancements with HRIS/IT.
• Coordinate payroll reports with HR and Finance and share insights with stakeholders.
