Angel Aligner is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to support payroll coordination, benefits, compliance, and HR systems across the Iberia region (Spain & Portugal). You will help structure HR operations and ensure a smooth employee lifecycle within a fast-growing, international team.

The role emphasizes strong process improvement, documentation, and close collaboration with the HRBP EMEA and HQ in China.

Formación

• 5–10 years of experience in payroll, benefits, compliance, and HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and labor laws in Spain & Portugal; experience with other EMEA countries is a plus.
• Experience with HRIS systems such as SuccessFactors or similar.

Responsabilidades

• Implement processes to structure and strengthen HR operations for efficiency and clarity.
• Support the HRBP EMEA to analyze and improve HR processes.
• Ensure HR workflows are well-documented, transparent, and easy to follow for employees and managers.
• Manage HR invoices, ensuring timely processing and payment.
• Lead onboarding to ensure a smooth experience for all new hires across the region.
• Explain HR policies, benefits, and processes clearly to employees.
• Implement structured HR processes that employees can understand and follow.
• Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, workplace safety, and SHE topics.
• Manage and regularly update employment contracts and amendments, and implement HR policies.
• Prepare and communicate all required HR documents to minimize company risk.
• Be the main HR point of contact for Iberia (Spain & Portugal).
• Communicate and coordinate the benefits program to enhance satisfaction.
• Own the SuccessFactors HR system and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with HQ in China for regional consistency.
• Work with the HRBP EMEA providing ongoing support in HR operations.
• Provide weekly HR reports to the HRBP EMEA with key data and updates.
• High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
