HBX Group seeks a Credit & Collections Executive to manage a portfolio, drive timely debt collection and protect cash flow. You will respond to invoice queries, reconcile accounts and negotiate payment plans with customers, while collaborating with Finance and Operations to resolve discrepancies.

The role requires experience in accounts receivable or credit control, strong negotiation and communication skills, and attention to detail. Fluency in English is essential; other languages are a plus.

Formación

• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, Collections or similar finance role.
• Strong understanding of account reconciliations and cash collection procedures.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with customers while managing difficult conversations.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively collect outstanding debt through emails, calls, and collection campaigns.
• Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments and reduce overdue balances.
• Manage and recover difficult-to-collect debt through negotiation and payment plans.
• Investigate and resolve invoice, payment, and account-related queries.
• Collaborate with internal departments to clarify billing discrepancies and support timely payment.
• Reconcile customer payments and account balances accurately.
• Maintain up-to-date records of collections activities and payment status.
• Support cash flow management by minimizing bad debt exposure and financial risk.
