You will ensure timely debt collection, support cash flow, resolve invoice questions, and maintain precise customer reconciliations.

Formación

• Experience in Accounts Receivable or Collections.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
• Fluent English; other languages are advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively collect outstanding debt via emails, calls, and campaigns.
• Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments and reduce overdue balances.
• Negotiate and implement payment plans to recover debt.
• Investigate and resolve invoice, payment, and account queries.
• Collaborate with Finance and Operations to clarify billing discrepancies.
• Reconcile customer payments and account balances accurately.
• Maintain up-to-date records of collections activities and statuses.
• Support cash flow by minimizing bad debt exposure.
